Getting ready for Easter! Maddie's the pro these days when it comes to egg dying. Kenzie sure didn't seem that into it yet. But the eggs turned out nice.
It's amazing how fast the Easters come & go. Seems like I was just pregnant with Kenzie at Easter but that was 2 years ago! The Easter Bunny didn't trick Maddie though. She found her basket in a snap. Kenzie still isn't really into it. She had fun sorting through her basket though. Her big sister is always there to help.
The wait to go and search for eggs was sooooooo long for Maddie! We had to wait for the sun to come out cuz it was cold.
Kenzie was not about to put her hands in the flower beds. She's sucha girly girl! She made Daddy help her.
Once she grasped the concept of it all she was off & collecting eggs. She did not want to come inside when we found them all.
I'm so glad the weather cooperated today. It was a really nice day. We ended up playing in the backyard on the swings for awhile. Then we loaded up our GIANT twin stroller and went on a walk and over to the park. We're grilling now, mmmmmmm I'm itchin for Summer!!! And the count down for Memorial day for our big camping trip with our new toy! We can't wait!!
